Time Zone Guide
What is UTC?
UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) is the world's primary time standard. All time zones are expressed as UTC offsets — e.g., UTC+5:30 (India), UTC-5 (US Eastern). UTC does not change with Daylight Saving Time.
Daylight Saving Time (DST)
US: Clocks spring forward 1 hour on the 2nd Sunday of March, fall back on 1st Sunday of November.
EU: Last Sunday of March (forward) and last Sunday of October (back).
No DST: India, China, Japan, most of Africa and Southeast Asia.
